If you are requesting a prescription medication, AlwaysPharma facilitates your fulfillment through three secure, compliant pathways:
Upload a copy of your existing prescription during checkout, or request a transfer from your current pharmacy. You can also have your current pharmacy send the prescription directly to one of our licensed pharmacy partners:
If a licensed pharmacy partner is already holding your active, valid prescription, select this option at checkout to initiate a reorder request.
You will be referred and transferred to The Care Experts, where a licensed U.S. clinician will review your information to evaluate clinical appropriateness. If medically appropriate, a prescription will be issued and routed to a licensed pharmacy partner.
Checkout and Delivery
Pay securely and choose your preferred shipping method. Once verified, your order will be processed and delivered right to your door.
Please note: All prescription orders undergo medical review. Payment does not guarantee prescription approval. Licensed Provider Review is issued only if deemed medically appropriate by a licensed U.S. clinician.

How do I place an order?
Browse our product selection, choose your medication, and add it to your cart. At checkout, follow the steps to complete your order. For prescription items, a valid prescription is required.
What do I need to submit a valid prescription?
For us to legally and safely fill your order, your prescription must be valid. A valid prescription includes:
- Your full name
- Your doctor's name and signature
- The date it was written
- Medication name, strength, and quantity
- Directions for use
During checkout, you can either add and upload a new prescription or request to transfer an existing one from another pharmacy.

What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is submitted, it will undergo an independent, licensed U.S. clinician review. Please note: payment does not guarantee prescription approval. If the prescription is not approved by a licensed provider, your order will be cancelled at no charge.
